Introduction
My Name is Jacob Joseph Kassema, I am an ICT "Information and Communication Technology" Specialist and Consultant by Professional. I have completed my Masters Degree in Information Technology and Management in 2007 at The Institute Of Finance Management of Tanzania in collaboration with University of Avinashilingam of India. Current I am working as a Systems and Website Administrator at the Millennium Challenge Account - Tanzania, this is the USA funded Project which is under The Ministry Of Finance and Economic Affairs.
